Did you do can i buy betamethasone valerate over the counter the stretching exercises every day? Because if you didn't, simply using betamethasone without stretching is unlikely to work, either. The reason you need a prescription for betamethasone is because using it for a prolonged period could lead to adrenal insufficiency which can have deadly consequences. You are better off using hydrocorisone cream but remember both creams cause your skin to thin over a long. As Tommy said it won't do anything unless you stretch every day as well though.
